This is the private swimming pool, looking out over the lake at the rear of the villa. It is not directly overlooked for seclusion & privacy.

The lanai is an excellent place to escape the direct sun. It has a ceiling fan to help keep you cool. The living room is directly behind the sliding glass doors.

The master bedroom has a queen sized bed, with bedside tables and drawers. There is a dressing table, with large drawers and a Flatcsreen TV. The sliding glass doors lead directly out onto the pool deck. The master bathroom is en-suite.

This bathroom (B3 on the floorplan) has a toilet, single vanity with sink and a bath with an overhead shower.

The main living area has a comfortable 3 piece suite, lamp tables and a coffee table. There is a CD player for music, a large flatscreen HDTV, DVD player, Xbox360 & PS2. The TV has access to hundreds of digital TV channels via cable.

The dining area is for your family to sit down and enjoy a formal meal together.

The kitchen is thoroughly modern and contains all you will need for cooking. There is a double sink with waste disposal, numerous cupboards and all modern appliances. These include a large oven & hob, microwave oven, fridge freezer with ice making facilities, automatic dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster etc. There is also a good supply of pots, pans, crockery & cutlery.

This is a small area at the back of the kitchen where you can eat snacks, if you ever get bored with eating under the sunshine, around the pool!

This thermometer is on the wall in the shade of the lanai. The picture was taken on the 1st October 2005. As you can see, it can get quite hot, even so late in the year, so please be careful in the sun. Especially with children!
