The main features of the villa are:-

Four bedrooms consisting of two double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms.

Three bathrooms, One an en-suite to the master bedroom, one next to the second bedroom, and the third shared between the two other rooms.

A large kitchen, equipped with all modern appliances and a breakfast nook.

A large living room area, with a separate formal dining room area.

A small utility room, complete with washer & dryer.

A large 2 car garage, and ample driveway parking.

The living room opens out onto the covered lanai and pool deck, which reveals the wonderful, heated swimming pool. Access to the pool is also available directly from the master bedroom.

The pool area overlooks a conservation area and a lake. Having no rear neighbours, and bushes to either side, keeps the area very secluded and private.

For your family's safety, the villa conforms to all state and county regulations. It has smoke alarms throughout, a handy fire extinguisher and all doors to the pool area are lockable and alarmed.

Unfortunately pets are not allowed into the property.

We don't mind if you smoke, but please do it outside!
